Saccharomyces boulardii + MOS contains live, friendly yeast and MOS (MannanOligoSaccharide) derived from S. cerevisiae. Saccharomyces boulardii, a beneficial yeast related to S. cerevisiae, has been documented to maintain and restore the natural flora in the large and small intestine. MOS are oligosaccharides consisting of multiple mannose units. MOS directly block the attachment of undesirable bacteria to the epithelial cells of the intestine and reduce their proliferation.
